Staying at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel—our official conference hotel—offers attendees the most convenient experience during the event. Located on the Halifax waterfront, the hotel provides easy access to conference sessions, networking opportunities, dining, and nearby attractions.
Guests will be steps from waterfront shops, restaurants, Historic Properties, Casino Nova Scotia, Scotiabank Centre, Citadel Hill, and other downtown Halifax destinations.
Our exclusive conference rate provides preferred pricing for attendees and helps support the conference by meeting room commitments that keep event costs down for everyone.
Conference Room Rates
- Run of House: $379.00 per night, single or double occupancy
- Triple occupancy: $399.00 per night
- Quad occupancy: $419.00 per night
Conference rates apply to peak event nights from Sunday, May 30, 2027 to Tuesday, June 1, 2027, subject to availability within the group room block.
The group rate may also be available for up to three days before and three days after the official program dates, based on space and rate availability and at the hotel’s discretion.
Room rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable taxes and fees in effect at the time of stay.
Attendees booking within the official group block will receive complimentary wireless internet access in their guestroom, provided a Marriott Bonvoy number is supplied at check-in. Complimentary wireless internet will also be available in public spaces during the program dates.
Registered overnight guests will have complimentary access to the hotel’s Fitness Centre.
Hotel Reservation Policy
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Reservations should be made by April 14, 2027 to ensure availability within the CIFPs room block. After this date, unreserved rooms may be released for general sale and reservations will be accepted based on space and rate availability.
Discounted conference rates are available until April 14, 2027, or while the room block lasts.
