Our exclusive conference rate provides significant savings over standard hotel pricing and includes added amenities negotiated specifically for our attendees. Booking within the block also helps support the conference by meeting room commitments that keep event costs down for everyone.

Rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to:
- 7.9% Local Fees & Taxes (LF&T) – includes a $2.00 Municipal Accommodation Tax
- 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)
Taxes and fees are subject to change.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional guests (triple or quadruple) incur a surcharge of $25.00 per person per night. Children under 18 stay free with an adult. Rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of $25.00 each.
Bonus: Guests who book within the official group block will receive a complimentary resort package (a savings of $15.95 per room per night).
Hotel Reservation Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee all individual reservations for one night’s room and applicable taxes.
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival, or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, will result in a charge equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
